Articles purchased from Rangnigar.com are eligible for exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase, including the order confirmation email and order number, is required to process an exchange or return.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customers may be required to provide photographic or video proof if they have received a defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size article.

EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE EXCHANGE

An exchange request can be initiated by contacting us at query.ranginar@gmail.com or 0301-4821005 within 30 days of order delivery.
Customers must provide their order number and order confirmation email.
All exchange requests are subject to verification of the product's condition and eligibility.
Customers are responsible for returning the item to Rangnigar.com through a courier service.
Once the returned item is received and successfully verified, the requested replacement item will be dispatched.
The exchange process may take approximately 7–10 working days after the returned article is received.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable on Rangnigar.com.
Credit vouchers will be issued to the email address used to place the order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is valid and active.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the item delivered is incorrect, the wrong size, or defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
Customers must initiate a return request within 30 days of order delivery by contacting query.ranginar@gmail.com or 0301-4821005.
Customers must provide their order number and order confirmation email.
The reason for the return and appropriate proof of defect, damage, incorrect item, or wrong size may be required.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
Customers are responsible for returning the item through a courier service unless otherwise communicated by Rangnigar.com.
Once the returned product is received and verified, an eligible customer will be issued a credit voucher of equivalent value, redeemable online at Rangnigar.com.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return.

REFUND POLICY

Cash refunds are not offered by Rangnigar.com.
In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Rangnigar.com may issue a credit voucher equivalent to the eligible order value.
Credit vouchers are redeemable online only at Rangnigar.com.
Credit vouchers will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please ensure that your email address is valid and active.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Rangnigar.com reserves the right to reject an exchange or return request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or missing tags may not be accepted.
Customers should carefully inspect their order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue.
All exchange and return requests are subject to product verification before approval.
